FM S.r.l. is a company specialized in the development of technologies for smart parking with the Park Tutor® solution, of which it is the owner of the patents; created to innovate the management of on-street parking, monitor in real time the state of occupation of public and private land, improve parking payments and offer effective control on violations.

WHAT
THE PARK TUTOR ® SOLUTION
The PARK TUTOR® technological solution is based on an integrated and flexible Hw and Sw platform, patented (7 innovative devices) in 14 EU + USA countries, to collect, process data and automate processes in parking management, more generally the state of public or private land occupation. The different states of occupation of a stall are detected by our system and sent to an operations center or to a mobile device.

40 VERTICAL APPLICATIONS
FM Srl created to offer a package of smart solutions for the management of on-street parking, with 40 vertical applications of functional parking, monitor in real time the state of occupation of public and private land, improve parking payments and offer effective control to identify violations.
THE FIRST INSTALLATIONS
In 2008 FM Srl registered the first series of patents relating to Smart Parking and developed a first class of products.
